Can Braelyn use her magic to find an end to the decade-long winter? Or will her efforts be foiled by the discovery she makes?
Seventeen year old Braelyn has grown up learning magic under the tutelage of Master Pioran, a former mage. Tragically, the past decade has plunged the world into an endless winter. While researching a solution to the weather crisis, she discovers a secret that changes her perception of the world forever.
Now, she races to confront this union of magic and technology before the temperature drops any lower. Working together with a man who she learned had been deceiving her, and a mage who was once an enemy, she must put together the pieces of a puzzle that hold the answers to this dilemma. If they can’t find a way to trust each other and work together, the world may freeze beyond recovery.
